I am so happy and proud to offer this open source forum to all of the Matchbin Partners I have and will have the privilege to work with on a daily basis. You are the lifeline that will sustain this company and this site. I value you and your opinions greatly.

I fully understand the risk that I am taking by offering an open platform by with which we all can gather as a community and discuss Matchbin with your successes, and not so great successes. I have recently finished reading "What Would Google Do?" by author Jeff Jarvis. If you have not picked up this great read, I highly suggest you do so. It is filled with an enormous amount of valuable information that will help you think differently about how you run your business and the possibilities that exist that you may not have thought of before.

My entire purpose for this website is to have all of you involved in the Matchbin process. As Jeff Jarvis mentions, I'm not turning Matchbin over to you, I am simply getting out of your way and giving you the opportunity to be heard and have your suggestions and comments acted upon. I firmly believe that if the company gets out of the way, the customers can, and will, tell you what they want. Constructive criticism and "at a boy's" are needed. You are all growing as well as Matchbin. Together, with open communication, we can build a bigger, better, more powerful product offering than ever before. I also want to chat with you and write blogs about upcoming improvements to the technology, as well as, industry trends. Keeping you up to date and up to speed will be my entire focus.

I am here and I am listening. I am here to earn your trust and to add value to everything you do. I want to know what it is about the technology that you like and do not like. I believe this will lead to great things. Now, I'm not a miracle worker and do not claim to have all the answers. But, with your input about anything from design issues, product offerings, creative ideas, etc., together, we will make Matchbin better, help you serve your customers better and allow me, your online servant, to serve you better.

I look forward to writing articles for your perusal. I will also be including online polls, events that are happening, blogging, chatting, and a ton of other things in the future.
